We want you experience the highest levels of quality and service.
To help us acheive this please take note of the following terms and conditions applied to every sale.
All our work is fully insured and undertaken by fully qualified staff.
Payment is due on completion of each job (unless you have pre-agreed trade terms).
WINDOW CLEANING T&C's
1. Pricing
Your first clean is double your regular price*. This covers the extra time needed to get your windows up to our high standard from day one.
* 'Window Club' members pay regular price for their first clean.
If you skip a scheduled full clean, we will increase the cost of your next clean to cover our diary adjustments:
- £5 extra for houses up to £30
- £15 extra for houses over £40
2. What We Can Clean
We aim to use traditional methods if access allows as this method is best to get rid of historic dirt and staining, however our pure water system is excellent for general dirt and grime, but it may not remove:
- Builders' residue (plaster, concrete, paint)
- Stickers or adhesives
- Stains from chemicals or rust
- UV bleaching of window frames
Good news: All our staff are fully trained and fully insured in case of any accidental damage or faults.
If you need a quote for stubborn stains, just let us know!
3. How Often We Visit
We offer visits every 6 weeks. We ask for a little flexibility due to weather, allowing a week either side of your scheduled clean. We will always text you the day before a clean to confirm expected times and access etc.
4. Weather Considerations
We don't clean in heavy rain, but light rain or short showers won't affect results. If heavy rain prevents your clean, it will roll over to the next working day.
5. Turning Us Away / Access Issues
We make time in our schedule just for you, so reliability is key.
Turning us away the day before is fine with no charge.
Turning us away on the day or cancelling the day of your clean will incur 50% of the clean cost to cover our booking and scheduling.
If gates are locked or our team cannot safely access your property on the day, we will charge 50% and clean only the front of the property. We cannot return unless a full clean is booked.
6. Ending Our Services

or by phone: 07983 567999.
Please note that cancelling after the first clean or skipped cleans will incur charges as above.
7. Complaints
If you're not happy with your clean, contact us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean at no extra cost. Complaints after 24 hours may not be eligible.
We operate a no-refund policy, but we'll always fix work you're unhappy with free of charge.
8. Confidentiality
Your information is safe with us. We never share details with anyone, in line with the Data Protection Act.
9. Payments
We accept:
- Cash or card at visit
- Go Cardless - Direct Debit payments
Note: If a payment fails, we may pause services until it's resolved.
10. Health & Safety
All cleaning is done safely. Please keep pets and children away from the work area.
11. Liability
We are fully insured and take care to avoid damage. We're not responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile/unsafe structures.
12. Rescheduling / Special Circumstances
Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Short notice may incur charges.
We may postpone or decline cleaning if conditions are unsafe or access is blocked.
13. Marketing / Photography
Sometimes we take photos of our work for marketing. Let us know if you'd prefer us not to.
