 FAQ's

Got a question?

Take a look to see if your query is answered below. If not, then get in touch.

I'm a private customer, will you clean for me?

If we can, we will. Our main focus is to work directly with letting agents, block management companies and property managers, but we  will try to fit your job in if contractual commitments allow. Please note we have a minimum order value for private customers of £100.00.

Will you clean just my oven?

We do offer oven cleaning, but only as part of a full End of Tenancy package.

How long will it take for my carpets to dry?

This depends on the type of carpet, the method of cleaning, the level of dirt to remove and the ambient conditions of the property. The majority of synthetic carpets we clean are usually left slightly damp to touch and can be dry in as little as two hours.

Do you use any harmful chemicals?

We aim to use PH neutral products when we can. There are some instances that substances from the extremities of the PH scale (PH1-4 & 10-14) must be used, but these are normally neutralised back to PH7 when the clean is complete.

How do I pay you?

Trade customers pay as agreed on their invoice. Any work direct with a homeowner or tenant is to be paid by either cash or card on completion of the job.

Can you clean my house weekly?

No. We do not offer a regular domestic cleaning service.

How can a cleaning company undertake electrical and gas work?

We sub-contract any non-cleaning tasks to fully qualified and experienced professionals.

What happens to the waste you remove from a property?

If it is produced during a standard end of tenancy clean we will normally bag it and leave it in the bin at the property.

If the waste is, for example, from an abandoned property, or linked with an eviction notice, we work with a fully licensed waste removal team to responsibly dispose of the waste.
